Please note the following Terms and Conditions:
Trevco will only accept returns on items that do not meet the requirements of the purchase order:
  • The customer receives a different item than specified on the order.
  • The item has a printed or material flaw; picture documentation is required from the end customer. Standard "sublimated imperfections" are exempt.

Trevco will not accept returns for reasons such as the following:
  • The customer does not like the print.
  • The customer does not like the base item color.
  • The customer wants a different size.
Carrier Responsibility:
Trevco is not responsible for the amount of time it takes to deliver your orders, or the ultimate condition in which they are received, once the orders are picked up by the shipping carrier and leave our facilities. All claims for late shipments, lost shipments, damages, etc. must be handled by you with the respective shipping carrier.
